It works really quickly. All you've got to do is change your breathing pattern a little bit, and we're gonna do this by inhaling for a count of four and exhaling for a count of eight. we're gonna do it through the nose. I want to lead you on this so you get this it's very simple and then we can explain a little bit how it works at the back end of this.
