Ingredients:
• 1 bowl instant oats
• 1 bowl milk
• 2 tablespoon yogurt
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon raw honey
• 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1 green apple
• Roughly chopped nuts
Steps:
1. Take a big bowl and add 1 bowl oats to it.
2. Pour 1 bowl milk and 2 tablespoons yogurt, mix it thoroughly.
3. Now add 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon raw honey, 1 small tablespoon cinnamon powder and pinch of sea salt.
4. Mix it properly and set in fridge for overnight.
5. In morning, garnish with green apple, roughly chopped nuts, cinnamon powder and raw honey, serve chilled.
