Delicious and healthy custard apple chia seeds pudding is power pack of protein, omega-3, antioxidants and calcium. It is a basic recipe in which you can try different variation as per your taste.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 8 Hours/Overnight
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 10-15 roughly chopped cashews
• Pulp of 1 custard apple
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Few crushed pistachio for garnishing
Steps:
1. Take a big bowl and add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, roughly chopped 10-15 cashews, pulp of custard apple, 1 cup of almond milk and mix it well.
2. Add 1 tablespoon honey and mix it well again.
3. Set in fridge overnight
4. Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.
