The device is powered by the Vudu To Go app for Mac and Windows PCs that allows users to stream or download movies in up to 1080p. Viewers can also search for previously purchased movies from participating studios and then convert them from DVD to SD, Blu-ray to HD, and DVD to HD. As well, the app authorizes the copy and then viewers can watch it through any of the numerous Vudu / UltraViolet-ready devices and services just by logging-in.
