Two doctors were found dead in their Boston home and the man accused of killing them is in the hospital after a shootout with police. Authorities say the bodies of 49-year-old Dr. Richard Field and 38-year-old Dr. Lina Bolanos were found in their penthouse apartment. They were reportedly engaged to be married.
