Windows 10 - Convert Documents to PDF Format
Windows 10 comes with a built-in virtual printer, which means that you no longer require third party software to save your documents in the PDF format.

The virtual printer take Microsoft Print to PDF can be accessed from Windows Print dialogue box (File -Print) and it allows you to convert your text documents, spreadsheets, photos and web pages to the PDF format. Here's a simple example with a Word document:

Click on File menu - Print. The Print dialogue box opens, click on the Printer drop down menu and select Microsoft Print to PDF from the list:

You can change the orientation (Landscape or Portrait) by clicking on Properties button. Once you have selected your print options click on the Ok button to proceed. The Save Print Output As dialogue box opens, choose a file name and location for your PDF file. Click on Save to create the file:
