Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi kick-started hi s party’s campaign for the upcoming assembly polls in Delhi with an impressive road show at Kalkaji in South Delhi. He attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said Modi has been doing PR since the govt formation by NDA in centre. “When will he stop talking and do the real work as promised,†said Rahul Gandhi. The Congress leader also promised electricity and water at the lowest possible rates for the people in Delhi. “We have three promises. We will provide electricity and water on the lowest rate, will make contract workers permanent, and give right to shelter to the people of Delhi,†he told reporters.
