A man who attempted to steal a woman’s purse on a bus in Concepcion, Chile, got a taste of instant karma.
The man boarded the bus on Oct. 9 and attempted to steal the purse. After failing to grab the purse a second time, the man attempted to flee but the heroic bus driver closed the door on the man’s hand.
The bus driver then proceeded to beat him with a stick until police arrived.
According to media reports, the suspect was identified as 22-year-old Pablo Ignacio Riquelme Curiqueo, who had convictions for armed robbery, injury and other crimes.
