How to create a Digital Makeup Photoshop Tutorial
Open File
Create a new layer
Go to Brush Tool and select a soft brush, hardness 0
Brush where you want the make-up to be applied.
Go to Eraser Tool, set the opacity 10% and hardness 0.
Brush around the edges. this will make the edges more smooth.
Change the blend mode to Overlay or Soft light.
Go to Adjustments - Hue/Saturation.
