A triangle pose requires a yoga mat and a yoga block. On your yoga mat stand straight and move one foot forward as far as you can and lock it in. With a straight and tall torso rotate your upper body in the direction of your leg opening. Place a yoga block parallel to the extended foot, now comes the triangle pose with both arms stretched as widely as possible drop slowly and diagonally to the yoga block; so that one of your hand reaches it and hold.
