This spring we asked all www.fitcasting.com members to suggest us workout ideas to test on our models. The response was extremely good. One of the members offered a lot of ideas involving push-ups. The workouts were extremely hard and we decided to test them on our model Dima. Because it is summer we decided to have the workouts outside. So we invited Dima to a villa for a workout-weekend.
