About me: At 253Global it is our intent to provide
treatments and classes that uplift and invigorate
our clients. The 253Global studio room has A/C,
day light, fresh air stream and a direct effect
friendly floor.At 253Global, Pilates classes are
small and customised to the needs of every
participant. Classes are suited to general
conditioning, treatment of injuries, lowering
again and joint pain and pre and post-natal health
care. Pilates is also used to boost dance and
athletics performance.
