About me: CLA stands for “Conjugated Linoleic
Acidâ€, a family of naturally occurring fatty
acids similar to the highly regarded Omega 6 fatty
acids. It is primarily sourced from animal sources
including meat and dairy from ruminants such as
goats, cows, and sheep. Technically, CLA is a
naturally occurring trans fat but has been shown
to be healthier than industrial trans-fats found
in processed foods.
