as I do, after meeting your challenge you may find
it addicting! Have fun with it! You will also feel
a difference when you didn’t meet your challenge
for the day or for that week. But do not despair;
‘rome was not built in a day’, either. Just
write what you can that day. You will be glad you
did, because the next time you sit down to write
and continue you will be proud of what you have
already accomplished no matter how big or small.
This also helps to build your confidence and
reassure yourself that you are capable.
