About me:
A true New Yorker, Ivan M. Diamond, Esq. was born
in Brooklyn, raised in Manhattan and works out of
the Bronx. He is a proud product of the New York
City public school system, graduating from
Stuyvesant High School, then Hunter College. He
attended Brooklyn Law School at night so he was
able to work and support his family. While at law
school, he was awarded “best in class” in the
subject of “Torts,” also known as personal
injury law.

Since 1995, Mr. Diamond has assisted thousands of
victims of negligence and malpractice obtain large
cash awards for their pain, suffering and other
damages. He focuses his practice solely in the
fields of personal injury, negligence and medical
malpractice law: this way, he is able to bring the
highest levels of experience, knowledge, tenacity,
courtroom skills and real New York “street
smarts” to every case he handles. His successful
trials, settlements and appeals have been
published in various legal journals and other
publications.

He handles cases in the five boroughs of New York
as well as Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and
Rockland counties. He is a member of the New York
State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York
State Bar Association and the New York County
Lawyers Association. He is an avid basketball
player and fan and loves history, especially New
York City history. He is married with two
children.
