Today I'm going to talk a little bit about what my patients have been going through. You see for the last four weeks we decided to change the format of our clinic. We decided to stop seeing all patients for physical visits with the exception of any patient, who was having a pain emergency. We started to see patients virtually over telemedicine. Our patients have been fantastic in helping us implement this and helping us work out the kinks. It was not an easy task but our patients made it easy for this. I wanted to thank all of our patients. Many of our patients have told us at this Covid-19 situation.
Number One: Decrease your news consumption too much, news consumption can be anxiety-provoking. If you find that media coverage is overwhelming, limit your news consumption to about 30 minutes or less a day. It's important to be informed but you don't need to spend the entire day watc
