Hey ladies, this is our second part of our quads and glutes exercises to get you ready for the beach. These exercises can be done anywhere. We're using a park bench, resistance bands, and our own willpower.
Mindset is one of the biggest workouts that you will encounter. If you're having trouble with any of these exercises, just remember to go at your own pace. Rome wasn't built in a day.
Also, remember to focus on your breathing. In through your nose and out through your mouth. If your feeling light headed. Take your time and focus on having the right posture. Do as many as you can. Work your way up to 12-15 reps.
I know you can do this. Practice makes perfect!
