We’ll show you how to do a pull up in a few easy to follow along steps. First we’ll give you some back exercises to strengthen and correct your posture from back pain.
Practice the techniques leading up to a pull up and you’ll be a master when it comes time for the pull up. You’ll also notice with a stronger back, it will alleviate back pain.
Remember go at your own pace. It takes time to be able to lift yourself up. Also check out our other tutorials on how to build your core. Through our core exercises you will become stronger and this will be come easier everyday.
