You can do these 14 leg exercises anywhere. These exercises will build leg strength, stamina and endurance to help you handle anything.
If your a fan of parkour or just enjoy workouts that you can do anywhere, then this video is for you. We got a little creative when putting this workout video together.
Please make sure that you don’t start on the highest table or box you can find. These exercises take practice. Work up to a height that your comfortable with. Doing these bodyweight exercises consistently over time, will help you to achieve your goals.
