I CREATED THIS VIDEO ABOVE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TRAIN AND DEVELOP THERE GLUTES WITHOUT ANY WEIGHTS OR EQUIPMENT!
I received a ton of request for a video like this! So I thought id make one for you guys. Now if you want to add weights you absolutely can :)
EXERCISE ONE: YOU CAN USE ANY DUMBBELL OR PROP WITH THE EQUIVALENT WEIGHT OF 5-10 LBS +
EXERCISE TWO: YOU CAN WRAP ANLKE LEG WEIGHTS AROUND YOUR LEGS AND DO THESE CRAWLING LEG RAISES!
