Burning Man is a temporary City.
It is built from scratch every year and has no legacy systems, streets, or rules to bog it down.
If something works, we bring it back next year. If something is broken, we fix it.
It is a doacracy where 50,000 citizens follow principles like Raidcal Self Expression.
Radical Self Reliance
And Radical Inclusion.
There is no "right" way to be a burner - except to follow the Principles while supporting and encouraging the expressions of one another.
Better yet, make the experience BETTER for everyone else.

When 50,000 people are trying elevate one another, inspire one another, and blow each others minds.... you get a crazy, dusty, indescribable version of Utopia.
Like every city, it has problems. If you can, try to fix them. You are both host and guest here. If you are open to miracles, you will find them in Black ROck City.
Who you have been is irrelevant. Who you are is everything. Be yourself. Find yourself. Gift yourself.
Burning Man is something huge and epic and impossible to describe. You may find what you are looking for... or if you are lucky, something much better.
You just might realize that YOU are who you have been looking for all along.
