In the early Fall semester 2015, it appears that the Management staff cannot answer a simple phone query such as a request for the Ryerson Medical Centre Code of Conduct for employees.
The Management staff assumed that a corporate Mission Statement is a Code of Conduct. How incompetent can one be?
The Ryerson Medical Centre is run unprofessionally with inexperienced Management.
Based from a phone call in early Fall 2015, it appears that the Ryerson University clinic (Ryerson Medical Centre) does not know the difference between a Code of conduct and a Mission statement. How incompetent!
In addition, the staff declared that they do not allow patients to record their private therapy sessions with their psychotherapist.
The Ryerson Medical Centre appears to be run by incompetent buffoons who don't understand clinic policies, transparency and the patient's rights to keep evidence of their private therapy sessions.
