In 1986, we got a new VCR. I used it to record a variety of things off of television so that I could remember the year I graduated from High School. This is the first part of that videotape.
It includes coverage of 1985 in review, the Challenger disaster, commercials, TV shows (no Netflix back then), NC State Basketball, Halley's Comet, attack on Libya, Hands Across America, Indianopolis 500, movie clips, and more.
This is the first hour of the tape with copyright infringing content removed (why anyone cares about 30 year old, bad quality clips from TV shows I don't really understand, but them's the rules).
