Lexus is focused on safety at CES 2013: blind spot monitors, rear cross traffic alerts, and sensors in the front of the car that prevent you from rear-ending another driver. Lexus also offers seat belts that contain an airbag. Their 12.3 inch bluetooth split screen is pretty cool, too.
