The multi-loped elasticized bands can be purchased from any super store or online store. I bought these last year for no more than 10.00 there are so many different regiments you can do with these bands!!
Exercise one: the self made harnest squat, upon squeezing hold in your flute muscles for approximately 7 seconds then release for best results!
I like to do these workouts about two times a week for about 1 hour for best results :)
