A time lapse video of the intersection painting that took place on July 14, 2012 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada at the intersection of Black Street and Northwood Terrace.
This community creation came out of months of creative gatherings with the surrounding neighbourhood. Spearheaded by neighbours under the name of PlacemakingHFX, it was a pilot project of the HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality) with co-sponsorship from the 4Cs foundation.
Music by Galen Conroy (DJ Nagwoode) using audio samples of participants working on the intersection.
