A friend and I were skating down a local hill. Very mellow nothing over 25mph and no really hard turn. Very very manageable hill where im always in control of myself. Anyway. We had just finished our 3rd run and were walking back up the hill. Suddenly a man comes tearing around the corner in his white SUV. I skate to the side of the road to get out of his way and he starts gunning it towards me. I jumped off my board onto the side of the road to avoid getting hit. Next thing I know this man is in my face telling me I hit his wife and nearly hit his car. Which was parked in his driveway. So thats impossible. He starts losing his mind cursing, spitting, veins popping in his head. I try to remain calm and assure him that we are leaving. He yells for a couple more minutes then finally get back in his car and reverses up the hill to where his house is. He sat in his car and waited for us. As we start nearing the car he gets out and starts loosing it again. this time I feel threatened due to his aggressive manner. I pull out my phone to start getting video in case anything crazy happens He slapped my phone out of my hand and violently onto the ground. I picked it up and this is what proceeded.
He got out of his car 3 times after we were trying to leave just to yell at us more.
