A backyard bird feeder web cam streaming live from Dumfries, Virginia (approx. 30 miles south of Washington, DC) USA. Watch local birds, other furry woodland creatures and check the weather.The feeders contain hulled sunflower seeds, mixed tree nuts and dried meal worms. You can find most of the feeders I use online or at local retailers. The large bird bath is used year round and in the winter a heater keeps the water from freezing. In the warmer months sometimes you may see a hanging water bath.Broadcasts generally start around 6:00 a.m. and stop at 6:00 p.m. EST, always subject to change.Previously, I was a broadcaster on Justin.tv under the name of VAbirdwatcher for about 6 years.
