Autism is a lifelong neurological and developmental disability which affects an individual’s way of perception and interaction with others. World to the autistic people is very different from other people. To some autistic people, the world is perceived as overwhelming which can cause anxiety in them. They see, hear and feel everything around them differently. Autism or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a broad term which covers the challenges with speech, social skills, nonverbal communication, and repetitive behaviors. All autistic people do not have the same problems instead they suffer differently which means every autistic person needs support differently.
