Twister Exercise is the first exercise in the series of 5 that helps to lose belly fat easily.

Twister exercise works on your oblique and transverse abdominal muscles. Here are the detailed instructions:
1. Feet shoulder width apart and cut yourself into half. You should lock up like a table top.
2. Keep your back straight and knees soft - do not lock them.
3. Keep your hands behind and open out your elbows - this is the start position.
4. Twist to your right centre & then to the left centre. I am not involving any speed here nor momentum am using my muscles to do this workout.
5. Watch me right hold the footer counts center left-centre-right-centre-left-center-right-center-left-centre.
Continue to do this exercise for a minute. If you feel fatigued or dizzy, you can stop the exercise.
