D.I. Sweeney has been on stake-out all night and he's not amused when a new-boy traffic warden gives him a ticket. He takes the upstart back to a lock-up to teach him a lesson. Sweeney is soon parking his monster meat in the wardens restricted zone and showing the happy clamper exactly whos boss.
