Service Pack Backup files: Windows saves old versions of files that have been updated by a service pack. If you delete the files, you won't be able to uninstall the service pack later.
When you are running the disk cleanup, sometimes service pack backup files and its memory usage or size of the files will be displayed under files to delete. Here, Service pack backup files uses 530 MB of disk space. If you delete these files you may gain some additional disk spaces but you cannot able to uninstall the service pack later.
Note: Every time when you are running the disk cleanup, the service pack backup files will not be displayed under files to delete all the time.
