The frenulum is one segment of inner foreskin. Here's a good view of a long foreskin after frenectomy. As you can see here, removing the frenulum allows the foreskin to move much more freely than it normally can. It would be really interesting to see what super mobile skin like this might do in actual sex. (4 minutes)
