This video is direct from my camera. I haven't altered the speed in any way. This machine was mind-blowingly fast and precise. Unforutunately for me, the guys demoing it barely spoke English, so I didn't get much info on it other than it's intended for use in positioning surface mount devices on printed circuit boards (SMD on PCB) during manufacture.
Wow.
Video was captured at the Japanese competitive robotics event, RoboCup, in Osaka 2010. This was on display by a corporate vendor, not a competitor in the event.
