A flash flood swept through Ankara’s Mamak district in Turkey on Saturday. A man jumped on the roof of a car to avoid getting washed away by the flood. The torrent occured when three hours of rain fell in only nine minutes. Four people were injured in the floods, and more than 160 cars and 25 businesses were damaged. A clean-up project has been initiated by the government.
