Rock Auto used to have the best customer service. I could call and take care of any issues very quickly. Recently, they closed down telephone support, effectively shooting themselves in the foot. A 2 cent piece of plastic resulted in this video.
Also, the little clip is unavailable on its own; I searched and similar clips did NOT fit. I merely needed the tiny piece of plastic!
RockAuto wanted me to pull the handle from the customer's car, ship the door handle back to them, then tear the door apart AGAIN after the replacement with the little piece of plastic finally arrived.. Ridiculous!
