woodcraft folk i am a member are following young people protesting around the country:http:wwwwoodcraftorgukyoung-people-protest-watchi just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that039s helped to spread this around it really means a lot hopefully now someone will be made to answer for the days events including the use of a sacrificial police van as bait to justify their tactics against us i wasn039t planning on uploading this i assumed the bbc would mention it along with their coverage of all the other protests they didn039tthese protesters are not those who were kettled outside the treasury building we weren039t allowed in for that after some kids had started fires and thrown some sticks n junk at the police lines separating us from the main protest they began to move forwardthis happened about an hour and a half after police started pushing us back they had already deployed the cavalry 3 times although those instances were less aggressive than this onei have decided to follow the anticuts campaign and make a documentary out of all the footage i gather so this will eventually be in there

skyrim played through a simulated virtual reality environment using a head mounted display head tracking motion sensing and speech recognitioni039ve also written up a walkthrough on how you can do it yourself too:http:zookalcomblog201203how-to-play-skyrim-in-virtual-realitythis is what was used for the demo:- skyrim - a first person action role-playing game for the pc- sony hmz-t1 - high definition head mounted display with stereoscopic 3d- microsoft kinect - track movement and gestures- trackir 5 - head tracking- trackclip pro - used with the trackir 5 for more accurate head tracking- shoot - speech recognition software- faast 09 - software used to map kinect gestures to the keyboardi039ve setup the sony hmz-t1 head mounted display to use stereoscopic 3d as well as attached the trackclip pro on it for head tracking i had to place the trackir 5 on a wire hanging from the ceiling as it needed to be around head level to track my head movements properlythe kinect was setup on the pc using primesense039s openni drivers i used faast 09 with a custom script to map certain gestures with the keyboard such as walking on the spot to move in the game leaning left leaning right jumping and moving my right arm forward to use the swordshoot was used to map several speech commands with actions in the game as well such as saying 039open menu039 and 039close menu039 to trigger the in-game menu as well as using commands to navigate through the menuall the devices to do this cost less than 1500 although it is still not smooth and responsive enough yet for a decent gaming session hopefully in the near future this concept of gaming will be more refinedalso don039t forget to check out the outtakes at the end
