Bookmarked 742 weeks ago me playing the tetris theme song korobeiniki on every accordion i ownand i mean every accordion-----------------------------quotmodernquot accordion-this was my first playable accordion it was the one i used when i first started taking lessons and it was the first one i used for performing for a large audience it039s pretty worn out but i still play it now ampamp thenquotlombardiquot accordion-the first accordion i ever held ampamp played in my life my grandmother bought it at a garage sale ampamp kept it in the attic for 50 years before giving it to me all the straps are rotted but i039m determined to restore this personal piece of historyquotfirst actquot accordion-yes it is indeed a children039s toy but this is the closest thing i039m ever going to get to a bayan accordion for under 100 so far tetris is the only thing i can play on itquotcordovoxquot accordion-i actually bought this from my accordion teacher over 30 years old the cordovox accordion i think was the first electronic accordion made by plugging it into a speaker the size of a small refrigerator through a cord thicker than a garden hose you can get electronic sounds to come out while also playing it acoustically sadly for me the cord is frayed and most of the electronic sounds don039t come out anymorequotliraquot accordion-i got this from my mother039s friend who didn039t play it anymore honestly out of all the acoustic accordions i have i039d say this one has the richest and most beautiful sound too bad both of the shoulder straps are shot hence the last 12 seconds of the videoquotcastiglionequot accordion-my dad039s cousin gave this to me this accordion is in perfect shape and works smoothly it039s the easiest one to play out of all my acoustics it doesn039t have much variety on sounds though roland fr-7 quotv-accordionquot-the best of the best the roland is fully electronic but still utilizes bellow movement i first saw this at an aaa convention 3 years ago and bugged my parents constantly about it a year later they bought it for me as a birthdaychristmas present for the next several years and i039ve played it everyday since then i play this at every gig ampamp show i go to and have easily gotten 300 in tips with it |
