Bookmarked 610 weeks ago here039s a song for one of the best video game series of all time mass effect quite possibly one of the most epic stories ever here is my tribute to the first three amazing games hope y039all enjoy edited written recorded amp performed by: shane blairmain chorus theme and original mass effect tune by: sam hulick amp jack wall video game amp trailer footage obtained from: ign ea game studios amp machinima via youtubelyrics belowcomma039s used as slight pause2154 was the year that i was born my parents died then 18 years later i joined the systems alliance n7 to explore the heavens eventually they put me on the ssv normandy eden prime where i first learned of saren039s crime specter gone rogue turned to the super villain type it was then when i found a beacon left by the prothiens an ancient race started seeing reapers and it messed with my mindchorusas commander of the normandy shepard flies through the galaxy saving us from the reapers he was our only hope with his omni-tool and loyal crew he rides the mass relays from the earth to the citadel he039ll save the milky-waythis discovery leads to the council promoting me to commander captain anderson stepping down from the normandy first human specter and feeling like a king going through the citadel markets buying every little thing duty calls we can do it all representing space law planet to planet exploring and defeating thresher maws on the planet virmire i learned that saren039s ship is not a ship at all but a reaper sovereign we fight saren but he get039s away killing kaiden now we hate him it looks like sovereign has saren indoctrinated headed to the citadel to raise hell we barely made it packed some extra medigel to keep us medicated never have i seen joker fly so well we were facing down a reaper and sent him straight to hell on the surface we were fighting saren to the last death but we finally took him down and we past the testchorusas commander of the normandy shepard flies through the galaxy saving us from the reapers he was our only hope with his omni-tool and loyal crew he rides the mass relays from the earth to the citadel he039ll save the milky-waya few weeks later we039re patrolling for geth a synthetic organism resistance then we039re attacked giving them all we had it039s getting pretty bad unknown enemy coming aboard kidnapping what little crew we had the ship is falling apart last escape pod launched then it blows didn039t make it get asphyxiated body is found by cerberus project lazarus brought me back then i met the illusive man this i didn039t understand looking like a creeper he039s a human terrorist leader but he built me a new ship and now it looks a lot neater with an ai named edi and our old pilot joker she helped us learn our enemy was in-fact the collectors protheans turned slaves and controlled by the reapers they039re killing everybody even cute little keepers going into deep space where we meet them at they039re base it039s a super rough landing but we039re face to face throughout the structure it039s about to rupture they kill a drell brother as we039re taking cover joker hover039s we get away as the base explodes but i know the next destination for the reapers is our homebridgethe reapers are attacking on planet earth and we won039t make it on our own we must face our enemy together using the ancient asari crucible indoctrination is taking its toll the battle in space doesn039t work at all facing difficult choices loosing my friends i have to end it all chorusas commander of the normandy shepard flies through the galaxy saving us from the reapers he was our only hope with his omni-tool and loyal crew he rides the mass relays from the earth to the citadel he039ll save the milky-way |
