hello im lola longe in my video today im going to be showing you how to make unrefined african black soap powder to make a daily bathing soap this time im going to be adding the camwood powder otherwise known as the red sandalwood powder because its good for cleansing the skin other ingredients i have here are lemon and lime for lemon its really good because the scent is really nice it is fresh and as we all know the black soap has a funny smell to it so the only way we can reduce the smell is by adding lemon its all because of the ingredient that go into it that makes it smell funny the other product i have here is called lime just the regular lime you find at the store it is half sized because i dont want to use a whole one it has bleaching properties in it a little bit is okay same with the lemon i made it half sized so ill be scooping out 6 table spoons of black soap powder: 123456 and for the camwood powder just one table spoon is okay ill squeeze the lemon into the camwood powder and black soap i tried to remove the seeds but its okay if some seeds fall inside i can always take them out so you squeeze out the lemon i see some seeds and its okay ill just take them out with the spoon all we need from the lemon is the liquid because of the nice scent and to reduce the funny smell of the black soap so i have squeezed it and i have my lime ill do the same thing squeeze it out lime is really good for the skin it helps to unclog the pores on the skin and apart from unclogging the pores it helps to cleanse the skin deeply and like i told you half size is enough for what im making which is 6 tablespoon of black soap powder and i tablespoon of camwood powder i have squeezed it out and ill just take out the seeds its okay to have seeds in it this is what i do i just use my spoon to take it out pick out the seeds like im doing and i see a little bit of flesh in it the flesh of lemon and the lime its okay you can have the flesh in it its all good so lastly ill just add tablespoon of water this is just fine and then you mix everything together so it can form a paste mix mix mix and of course if you want to make something more than this you know in larger quantities it is okay just make you look at the ratio:6 tablespoons of black soap powder i tablespoon of camwood powder half sized lime and half sized lemon so this is exactly what your paste is going to look like for bathing every day its going to form a paste just like this this will probably last you for about 3weeks or more depending on how you use the soap so just to let you know how it lathers ill just put a little bit on the sponge and run water on it i have my sponge just put a little bit like this this is about right and as you can see it lathers this is soap black soap powder and camwood powder excellent for the skin im using it to wash my skin even though i know its the sponge for washing plate that im using i just wanted you to see how it lathers your skin is going to feel soft and cleanso for more information click on the link below or visit http:emergingnaturalbeautycom where youll find benefits of the camwood powder the black soap and other great benefits of the natural products that i carry thank you for watching this videobye bye for more information you can reach me on facebookhttps:wwwfacebookcomemergingnaturalbeautyhttps:twittercomlolalongeenb
