motorbike crash at roundabout
Bookmarked 535 weeks ago complete rider mistakejust came back from holidays and not even 3 mins into the ride:its a 60kmh zoneentered the roundabout at 40kmh and crashed into that metal piece of shit at 30kmhnot a single scratch to myself so very very happy and quite surprised about that damage will be around the 1000 mark though i will pay for all of it as i only have third party and theft insurance the annual premium for full comprehensive with that bike and my age is 850 a year a few years on that policy and you pay more than the bike itself is worthtop bloke the person driving behind me for not stoppinga lady pedestrian came and checked on me if i was fine so that was nice a cop patrol car which happened to be in the area saw me stopped and helped me un-jam the bike from that metal piece of shit and lift up the bike to put it back on its side stand top blokes for thati realize those things are there for a reason are they but whats most annoying is that i probably would have just come to a stop and landed on the grass had that stupid metal thing not been there there would have probably been none to very minor damagebut then again im glad no pedestrians were waiting at the roundabout that could otherwise have been injuredso all in all im glad nothing happened and it sure could have ended worsecontrol your speed at roundabouts its very tempting for motorcyclists to be quick and lazy and just drive straight thru i see that all the timeall that for a damn trip to subway |
