this is my personal opinion based on the internet research done about hilary rodham clinton in 2016 presidential election 13 she has served in the executive and legislative branches of the us governmentfrom her time as first lady under the presidency of bill clinton to her role as new york senator then secretary of state she has the experience and credibility to become an effective president12 she was an active first ladyshe played a key role in several initiatives in her husbands administration gaining a broad public image11 she has been to date the most successful female presidential candidate in us history during the 2008 election she won more primaries and delegates than many other candidates10 she served as secretary of stateduring her time in this role she helped repair us relations with many countries 09 she reached out to conservative communities in upstate new york as senator she built a strong relationship with conservative communities in upstate new york developing job creation initiatives08 she accepted responsibility for the attack on the us consulate in benghaziin the aftermath of the attack she gave congressional testimony of the incident on january 23 2013 she defended her actions while still accepting formal responsibility as a great leader but she had no direct role in consulate security07 she played a key role in the 911 recovery effortshe was successful in obtain funding for the recovery efforts in new york city and was instrumental in securing funding for the world trade canters site redevelopment 06 she guided the use of us diplomatic powershe guided the us to use more diplomatic aims to achieve their goals abroad helped empower women and minorities in other countries05 she built a good relationship with obamadespite the animosity of their campaign she forged a good working relationship without power struggles 04 she built a good relationship with senators from both major partiesupon entering the senate ms clinton maintained a low public profile and built relationships with senators from both parties particularly those of strong religious persuasion03 she successfully balanced the use of military and diplomatic powershe was successful in combining military hard power with diplomacy and us soft power capacities in economics aid to the developing world combined with strong human rights advocacy she was able align the us as a key defender of the poor and oppressed across the world02 bill clinton will be a tremendous asset to hillary bill clinton convinced america to prefer president obama at that moment democrats and media allies experienced a tsunami of feel-good clinton nostalgia that is constantly this day and hillary 2016 will be the supreme beneficiary 01 its her time between now and 2016 listen as political pundits exclaim its her time or she deserves it
