Bookmarked 459 weeks ago so this is what 1300000 gets you in vancouver canada i had to move out of my apartment it was supposedly a nice new apartment with an assement value of 13m unfortunately the unitbuilding has a lot of deficiencies that required me to move all of my belongings out the floors were scheduled to take 10 business days to replace that combined with the other repairs that were required and it was going to be a major hassle thankfully my landlord allowed me to terminate my lease early and move out i couldn039t be happier to get out of that building i will never rent or buy from that developer based on my expeirnce in my 5 months of living in that building |
