the legitimacy of the mexican presidential election of july 1 2012 has been challenged based on thousands of documents photos and other evidence of election fraud and illegality among the charges are that the campaign of enrique pea nieto of the pri party purchased 18 million voter credentials or votes in the state of mexico alone and millions more across the nation this video was taken on election night outside of pri headquarters in the azcapotzalco borough of mexico city where citizens who had sold their credentials and votes to the pri testified that the party did not pay them quantities of between 100 750 us dollars and 2500 pesos 187 us dollars but complained that the party defrauded even the participants in election fraud
