Bookmarked 609 weeks ago on march 8 2013 daniel r saenz was brutally murdered by el paso police department officer jose flores shooting is at around 18:30 and 33:00 in video police reports in the local media are saturated in lies to cover up this cold blooded killing this full length video which took over a year to be released depicts saenz039s nearly lifeless body dragged around for 18 minutes as officers laugh torment and savagely treat saenz like an animal after refusing to offer him medical attention upon regaining consciousness saenz is immediately thrown to the ground and subdued by these two armed men police officer jose flores from 6 feet away and completely not in danger shoots saenz who is already immobile on the ground at the time the autopsy indicates the bullet enters saenz039s back under his shoulder area and goes straight through his heart flores then pounces on a fatally shot body tasing him once more until saenz ceases to move completely within seconds of being shot flores and his counterpart continue to jostle saenz039s obviously lifeless body back and forth as he is bleeding out after 2 minutes they initiate cpr the el paso police department released false statements regarding this incident to cover their corruption and violently unnecessary killing toxicology reports for saenz came back completely negative of any illicit substances or drugs saenz who was a body builder had a workout supplement in his system lipodrene reports suggested commonly used supplement lipodrene has similar ingredients to synthetic drug quotbath saltsquot which is not true they also failed to report that saenz was tested for all drugs including the synthetic drug quotbath saltsquot and results were all negative the autopsy report suggests saenz039s body was viciously attacked by these officers with numerous markings contusions and abrasions no one deserves to be killed no one should have the license or badge to murder the powerful must be held accountable or else all citizens should fear for their lives saenz was a former quotmr el pasoquot and held numerous body building titles born in germany to a german mother and mexican father saenz grew up in a struggling lower middle class household in el paso tx saenz is survived by his mother an award winning college professor his sister a psychologist and published author in private practice and his brother who just finished his master039s degree and is writing a book on violence in mexico |
