Bookmarked 458 weeks ago occurred on march 18 2017 i-94 minnesota usaquoti was driving east down i-94 just past alexandria i saw vehicles pulled over and some swerving around something so i pulled over too at first it looks like the scene of a bad accident cars on the westbound side pulled over along with a semi and one sheriff cars also on the eastbound side pulled over and a white van on top of the median with the front end all smashed and tires still spinning then there was a guy over by the sheriff on the west bound side trying to talk to people before they start driving away it looked like the guy was just trying to get help but then he jumped over the median into oncoming traffic in the eastbound side and started talking to more cars waving each one down as they come by people stopped but i had no clue what that guy was saying the cop had to reverse to get across the median while the guy was going to every car then the cop made his way over and the guy starts running he looked pretty wild flailing his ar |
