Bookmarked 543 weeks ago i have been going back and forth to weather or not i should put this video up my depression got bad and i was crying my eyes out but i wanted to try to convene my thoughts about trying to live your life i don039t do a very good job for i was depressed out of my mind and not thinking straight a lot of people think that depression is just being sad but is a lot more then that i would describe it more like being crippled or like carrying a giant weight around every where you go it can be painful it can stop you from doing anything and you can feel like you are worthless some people also think it can cured with a pill and like magic the pain of depression will go away but for a lot of people this is not what happens i have tried depression medication but can never seam to stay on them it is hard because i don039t take medication very well because of my depression if you know someone with depression just remember that just talking to them can have some of the greatest medication they can getthe main thing i was trying to say was suicide is never an option you only have one life to live and you should always make the best of it just remember you have friends and family that care for you and even complete strangers over a suicide help line can help so go out and live your life you will be glad you didonce again i wold like to thank markiplier and anyone else who help people with any form of depression |
