You may train harder and harder everyday, but if you don’t stretch and master these stretching exercises you won’t build muscle as fast as you want to.
Every athlete has mastered their own stretching plan and have incorporated it into their weekly regimen. It’s the key to recovery for a lot of athletes. This program has similarities to a power based fitness yoga class.
Remember it’s not speed that counts for these bodyweight exercises, try to hold the pose for a longer period of time and you’ll get a longer burn within your muscles.
Practice makes perfect as I always say. Rome wasn’t Built in a day. Consistency is the key to success. So make this video part of your weekly exercises and you’ll be happy that you did.
